Landlords require as much as they could ever want to know about you, the fact is it creates a problem having them served to prove you sent in writing about your move out date, if you want to pay an extra months rent when you move out that's on you... I got a court order and a judgment cause I couldn't serve it to my po box land lord.... It's your choice but all part of a legal scam that works every time
