Google "landlord collection agencies" and a few options will pop up. You'll need to use a service that pays a subscription fee to the three bureaus. You can't just report to the bureaus yourself, without paying the subscription fees for each one.
One of the ones that will show up in your Google search has an option for a one-time collection letter and they report the debt to all three bureaus, for under $20.

Same old bad advice.
No agency is going to take this until and unless the landlord first gets a judgement from a court. The fair credit reporting act leaves any agency with the total liability to prove the collection is valid...or face serious financial penalty in federal court. They aren't going to do that. A court judgement is the only way to protect themselves.
You have never done this, You know how I know? I have tried...I know from my own personal experience of more than 35 years in this business. No agency will take this risk....they must have the documented proof.... You don't really believe that John smith can pay $20, call them up and have a bad mark put on someone's credit...do you?
Stop sending people on Wild goose chases. Offer advice from what you actually know...not what you have read on some website. Geez
