Thanks for the input.
The rental is in WI. Each unit has completely separate utility's and heating system.

I am not going to put the capital investment into the units unless the tenants are willing to pay the increased rent for the added immensity. Currently there are very few units in the area that do not have Central A/C Mine is one of them.
Most people cannot stand the hot humid weather we get in August and September.

I have decided I will ask if they are interested in the A/C with for the added cost.
