Are you for real? This is the most ridiculous "problem" I've ever heard of on this forum.

What is a 2 family house?

Don't you think one of the neighbors would have called the police by now and the police would have made some arrest?

And what parent would allow their HS kid to engage in boxing?

Your entire story sounds like BS to me. If you're going to come here with BS, at least make it believable.

A$$HOLE

Now that just wasn't very nice. What about this made you so angry?
I've seen many crazy unbelievable problems with the rentals we manage.

Every day something nuts and unbelievable is going on. Just take a look at the news and the white house.

Elizabeth--EXCELLENT observation! I think that this is very true. I really think that we should make an extra effort to screen our tenants personalities. Heck, forget the credit check, maybe we should add research on their Facebook, etc. People that are jerks don't just wake up one day and become obnoxious. They are nice as pie when wanting to rent but I for one am going to dig deeper...I have one guy who bought about eight AK-47s and showed them to my property manager. He supposedly doesn't keep them on premises and I myself have a gun as I am former military and like to stay qualified, but EIGHT guns of this nature? Ya never know!
Point is that there is a shift coming, maybe it is biblical, maybe it is because of world affairs. I think money has people stressed. Foreclosures went UP last month. Way up. We are being fed info from the fed which is doctored by spin masters. This reminds me of right before Freddie and Fannie Mae folded. I dunno....

To the person who doesn't know what a two family house is and uses profanity.....the very fact that you have to ask what a two family house is speaks volumes about your intent in being on this forum. You should learn to use big people words---you know, the ones that can be used with grown ups in the room--at a board meeting, at a five star restaurant, at a McDonalds....the point is civilized people act accordingly. Let me guess, your the one getting hit in the head at those matches? Seriously, there is no room for disrespect or profanity(that means bad words). I actually feel sorry for you because you are clearly a very angry person. I hope that you address that. It is not good for your health, in all seriousness. usually I would just ignore you but my friend, who just had a death in the family read your post. It is not good to exude that into the universe. Namaste. (saging my computer now)

Before criticizing the last person, you may want to check your knowledge of the English language. You butchered it in your diatribe.

Oh please everyone knows this is fake.

Did the person who wrote it respond to say that it is not? NO. Because it's fake.
