You should get a default judgment. If the other party requests a continuance, they must serve you a copy of that.If they aren't there ASK for a default judgment to be issued and ask for a deficiency judgment to be entered in the amount you are owed. You should take a minute to visit the court website and print forms from there. You may be able to print a form asking for a default judgment and execution on the judgement. Do some reading and it will get you a long way in knowing what to do in Court. Every state is different but when the other party doesn't show up, absent really good cause it is game over.
