I rceived this e-mail from the mail tenant:
Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I started taking a new medication recently which had an affect when I had some beer. Last night a was in a bit of a haze, and don't clearly remember everything. I'm not sure what happen exactly, but am extremely embarrassed that obviously I acted in a less than courteous manner . I hope I can make this right. If you could let me know what happened exactly, and how I can fix this , I would greatly appreciate it.

Tell your T never to mix alcohol and medications together EVER! Then tell him if he causes any problems for any reason, with other Ts in the building, you will not be renewing his lease, and he will be told to leave.
