The tenant can only extend with permission of the Court, after filing a Motion. There would have to be good cause shown. The judge should not be able to extend the tenancy past the lease term. It is your house. You have done nothing to warrant the judge doing this.

Call the Clerk of Court and ask if a continuance has been filed or any other Motions and check to see when it is on the docket. That should help alleviate your worry.
