What guidelines did the OP violate?

I've been following this site for several months now and I haven't come across a list of guidelines that spell out the dos and don'ts.

Also, if you are going to take a stand on something, at least have the backbone to post using your name. Drive by snarking is juvenile.

There's a "Forum Rules" button at the top of this page. I hope everyone posting here has read it.

This person is reaching out for help and you're being snarky.

The whole point of this forum is to HELP people…

Granted, some people jump in feet first. But smacking a hand when it is reaching out for help clearly makes this wonderful, helpful, informative site a place where people are scared to ask questions because of people like YOU.

So what if this person does not know their state laws… I bet more than 1/2 the people on this site didn't know their state laws before they encountered a problem and started educating themselves, stumbled across this great community of mostly helpful individuals trying to impart their knowledge for those in need.

Don't be that person that makes this website an uncomfortable place to come when you need some help.

I dont know whose post you are tesponding to and I didn't write it. But this whole thread is silly. Does this person expect us to copy and paste Ohio's entire law on this thread?
