I informed my landlord last month that the ac was not working, he brought a guy too check it after several days. The man said the coil was bad and the unit has to be changed. My landlord told him to put some freon in it. It cooled some times but not the way it's suppost to. My light bill came for over $400 for last month. It's been a few days that the ac stopped cooling completely I've called my landlord several times and he sends me straight to voicemail. I have 4 kids and my youngest is in a wheelchair due to suffering a traumatic brain injury. The heat is unbearable. Please help
