Gary- Thanks for your reply and suggestions.
I did not actually see ants, roaches, etc, but those are hard to see under piles of junk. There was loose cat food and cat litter on the floors and no cleaning had taken place recently. (My home is not clutter free but this condition is a little beyond just clutter.)
The exits are clear but the windows would be very difficult to get to. I do have to go back soon for another small repair so will look for flammables and do a true inspection. I know she was not comfortable that I saw the condition of the condo so perhaps she will be motivated to get it together.
She wants to renew her lease in August so I am trying to figure out the best course of action to see if I can inspire a remedy.
