If you cannot afford to maintain the property properly then short sell it or let it foreclose but don't be a scum bag. You're a slum lord and I'm glad I'm not your tenant.

I have to say that our PM does what they need to. I came home from work at 5:00 pm on Wednesday and it was 88 degrees in the house. I double checked everything before I called the PM. I called her at 6:15 pm, the ac company called me at 8:00pm that night and set apt for next day. Thursday - AC company came out, determined it was shot and needed replacement. I let the PM know. She contacted the owner that night, and today Friday got authorization for new unit. Only problem being is that the AC company does not do installs in the afternoon or weekends (It's Friday). I asked if we could stay in the owners house until it's repaired and didn't get a response....
