NYC LL rep. by attny need to go to court to evict? - Landlord Forum thread 337653

NYC LL rep. by attny need to go to court to evict? by NYC Landlord (NY) on July 27, 2015 @14:37

Does a NYC 2 family home landlord need to go to court to evict tenant if s/he is represented by an attorney?

Can LL sign a paper to have the attorney fully represent s/he without LL's presence in court?

you need to be in court in case the tenant or tenants attorney wishes to question you.
