Renters wanted to sue the landlord for taking back the promise of hotel accomodations for 14 days when house was sold after being on the market for 31/2 months. Renters didn't pay for the month of July and got to stay there for 14 days. Landlord paid for moving anyways since renters demanded but they abused it and had to spend $1500 for renters sold stuff, and had the landlord be responsible for it. is there any grounds for them to sue the landlord eve without lease agreement as they only dealth to the main renter of the house which is my aunt. We are from AZ and the property was in TX. Thank you.

Please repost with better detail and fully formed words. What you wrote doesn't make sense? You had tenants in a hotel that you sold? Huh?

Let me take a stab at this:
You had tenant in a house that you sold. [At this point, the tenants are no longer your problem, they are the problem of their new landlord, the buyer of your house!]

You offered the tenant hotel accomodations for 14 days (for whatever reason) and then didn't follow through on the offer.

Renters stayed for half of July in the house you sold (when?) without paying rent. [Why is this your problem -- did you still own the house for half of July?]

You paid for tenants' moving expenses (for whatever reason) but you didn't like that it cost you $1500 "for renter sold stuff" (what does that mean?).

You end the story by saying the tenants are really subtenants to your aunt?

Way too confusing and doesn't make any sense.
