Ihave tenant who don't pay he is in nursing home and have family staying in the apt.I have a lawyer but he doesn't seems to do much,I need help and a good attorneys name.

Wait a minute------you are in Washington, D.C. and you can't find a lawyer ????? Thats like saying you couldn't find a elephant in the middle of a football field.-----ooppss----you said a GOOD lawyer. You are right. To find a GOOD lawyer, you will have to look OUTSIDE the DC area. The only ones in DC are CROOKS OR POLITITIONS . LOL
