Please do not post your personal email and phone number on a public website.

You have an opportunity to negotiate with your tenant for her exit. What do you need to satisfy you so you will let her leave? Once you figure that out, you can present it to her and see where the negotiation goes from there. Typically she would be responsible for the rent until you get a new tenant, and costs of re-leasing. Or you can negotiate a flat fee for early termination. In some states, you do not have to make any effort to re-lease the property and tenant is responsible for the remaining term of the lease, but that is only in a couple (maybe only one) states.
