Yes, but holding up in court would be the important part.

As far as electric, I guess that's not the main issue, it's really just that somewhat is squatting in my place that isn't on the lease. If someone stays overnight every single night, that makes them a Tenant, doesn't it?

I should have put something like "3 days" in the lease, but even at that.... she could stay for 3 days, leave for a day, come back for 3 days, leave for a day, etc.
