On the contrary Iam a very nice landlord,tenant has been with me for over 14 years,almost paid off rental themselves,just concearned that is all ,cheers

If you're such a nice landlord and they've been your tenants for years, why not just ask them directly instead of asking a bunch of strangers on the Internet?

Ok, let's say your a nice landlord, etc., etc.
How do you know the tenant has a post office box nine miles away?
How did you know the tenant did not receive mail at their door?
How did you come about that information if the tenant did not tell you?
Why would you be concerned about where a tenant gets their mail?
