Get this nutcase out of your rental! That's what you should do now. (But don't even let the thought cross your mind that she might be demented or have mental problems, or you'll be obliged to keep her forever due to your perception of her "disability", per earlier advice on this forum...)

You're absolutely right. Just more inflammatory comments from someone who just refuses to accept information. I think she would have given it a rest by now. That's why people are leaving, because of such stupid uncalled for comments. That's why I hardly come here anymore.

The Anonymous post was right on the mark. The landlord is dealing with a nut case that could turn dangerous at any time.

What you are promoting is illegal discrimination and also against forum rules! If you don't like what's posted, then just move on. Some of us are here to get information, not to read your trivial remarks.

The advice is sound, that is, give the tenant notice and/or do not renew her lease. Tenant's false accusations of theft by landlord are not something a landlord should tolerate -- who needs this type of headache? The remaining comment related to the perceived disability is also right on the money -- including the reference to earlier posts wherein the poster promoted this position; it has been stated more than once with authority that if a landlord perceives a disability and then acts to remove the tenant, he may be eligible for a discrimination charge. I don't see the problem with this post, except for the delivery.
