The advice is sound, that is, give the tenant notice and/or do not renew her lease. Tenant's false accusations of theft by landlord are not something a landlord should tolerate -- who needs this type of headache? The remaining comment related to the perceived disability is also right on the money -- including the reference to earlier posts wherein the poster promoted this position; it has been stated more than once with authority that if a landlord perceives a disability and then acts to remove the tenant, he may be eligible for a discrimination charge. I don't see the problem with this post, except for the delivery.

This tenant is not disabled. She is criminal by way of making a false police complaint. Criminals are not a protected class nor are mean spirited, wack jobs. Landlords have rights too and need to protect themselves from these kinds of people.
