No, they were not good questions because they were all "after the fact" type questions, not the sort of questions that would allow for greater insight into how the individual might deal with the situation.

This landlord was more interested in getting private medical advice than getting the AC fixed. Still do not know if the OP ever did follow up on inspecting the repair. The landlord only stated that she would find someone instead of saying she will have someone out to repair. The tenant on the other hand found someone to repair the AC while the landlord drug her feet wanting a letter stating medical condition. What's that got to do with responding to fix the AC. Just seems the landlord didn't convey any assurance to the tenant that someone would fix the AC and that's why the tenant had it repaired.
