It's an open forum, Debra, so if someone makes a sexist remark, it's valid if I take offense. It's also okay if I express my opinion that there was nothing sexist about Jeff's remark.

Again, it's an open forum. If you want to have a private conversation, use e-mail. If you post here, anyone who reads it is entitled to reply. It seems like you're looking for any excuse to take offense, which is not an approach that will take you far in life.
