I do my best to keep the communication with T. His phone does take messages. I can telephone every ten minutes, he never answer. I am writing notes and let them in his mail box or affixed on the door. He never answer the phone, never answer the written notes or certified letters. He is very difficult.

Yes, the power is fixed. However, before having the power on, he plugged an exterior extension cord to his neighbor's apartment. For how long, I do not know.

According to NY 's code enforcement, we landlords are responsible for all and every code violation made by T.

Yes, I have documented everything, I have pictures, and witnesses.

I just sent him a certified letter asking him to STOP USING THE EXTENSION CORD, either inside or outside of the house. I have no idea IF he will follow my demand.
