12 months rent --- how'd that happen
I BELIEVE (check your local laws about abandoned vehicles on private property) you can call a towing company to remove that vehicle. they will impound it, notify the vehicles registered owner and start charging towing and storage fees. shortly they will have alien sale in an atempt to recover the storage and towing fees. you will not get any of the money from the lien sale. the trailer will be off your property and out of your life.

Elderly Uncle started out working with unemployed tenants and was taken advantage of and, he wouldn't ask for help. We don't want the money just off the property and out of our lives, as you put it.
Thank you

Call a tow company. They will handle the legalities.
It is hard handling details for an elderly family member when things go bad.
