I am thinking the same thing. Was the place actually cleaned? Property managers have a way of hiring friends and relatives to perform services and then skim some. Has the landlord talked directly with the tenants? Has the landlord received copies of the invoices to see if the business actually exist. Has the landlord talked directly to the business owner?
