Unbelievable but true.
Your rental property is a business and that lost you must report it in your income tax.

Try to get an attorney to get rid of tenant ASAP otherwise it can be worse.
You have to manage your rental property using your head not your heart.

Use your head and read the OP where it's stated that;

"Wife left in November 2014 and husband in June 2015" no need to get an attorney to remove tenant is there? Gee whiz!
