Why was the tenant upset? Was it because of the repair? Did you take too long to fix the problem? Why did you bring the fact she was late up on rent in front of the repair person? That's bad, you are bad for contributing to the argument! You should have address the repair and late rent separately at different times, not with the repair person looking on.

I am sorry but there seems to be no diplomatic way to deal with a chrome plated deadbeat wacko that will not pay the rent. As a deadbeat wacko tenant yourself you must know this already.

Oh, Tanker is just trying to sound important but comes across as some unprofessional little person with such remarks.I never put much value in replies from anyone who resorts to name calling.
