Brooklyn judges won't grant U&O in holdover case.
The court calendar is always very "busy" and there's always only one trial judge available, so consider yourself lucky if your case is heard in 3-4 months, then after the judge gives a judgement in the LL's favor, s/he has the right to stay the eviction for another six months.
