Hello All, has anyone had any experience with the above ? I am thinking about giving it a try on lower duplex apartment after tenant move out.

Remember , read the label.If you use Rustoleum I guess the smell is very strong ventillation required.If there is a tenant in the next door apt he or she may complain above the smell.

That stuff will make you goofy and sick. Put floor fans in open windows to vent the smell/fumes/vapour out.
