You would still be liable for slips and falls. If the snow got shoveled it is unlikely that it would be in a timely way like you would expect.

I agree. The best way to avoid the risk of tenant slip and falls is to have it done yourself or professionally. Tenants are unlikely to do a good job or do it at all.

Either way, you could still be held liable for a slip and fall on your rental property regardless of who does the work.
