You can make any kind of an agreement you wish with your T. It's no different than hiring a large snow removal company do it. And with a large company, you never know if you will be first, last, or somewhere in the middle on their client list Call some companies to see what they would charge, and go from there. A fair price is whatever both parties can agree to.
