Listing it as a one bedroom or a two bedroom is a question of how many people you want living there. If you want one or two occupants you should list it as a one bedroom. If you want 4 or 5 occupants you can list it as a two bedroom. But you are correct that your place is not really a two bedroom.

Advertising your place as a two bedroom would increase the volume of lookers who will lose interest after a viewing and you will waste a lot of time like this.
