I agree with G. Given that the carpet is two years old, it shouldn't be necessary to negotiate a carpet allowance. Wait and see what other real offers you receive before agreeing to any repair credit/allowance

Thank you both. That was my concern this time around because as i stated, I happen to face a buyer when I was there doing a couple of things and they asked about a few updates. If an offer comes through, we'll see then.
