Lies and manipulations? You are too emotionally involved and need to take a step back. You had safety issues that were reported in September. Why have they not been fixed?
It is within your rights to issue the notice that you will be entering to make the repairs within the timeframe specified by your state statutes.
Get the repairs made. If the tenants continue to bar access, are you allowed to issue a Cure or Quit notice?
