Did you not like the advice you were given in the previous thread? What would you be issuing a cure/quit for? What lease provision is in violation?

You cannot unilaterally modify the lease with an addendum. Both parties (you and the tenants) have to agree.

As a landlord you absolutely can unilaterally modify the lease with an addendum. Tenants don't have to agree it though. They can move or suggest their own terms..but, yes, a landlord can absolutely modify it at their disgression..duh.
