Did I have to provide the information of the people who are going to complete the work? The tenant is asking for the info of the people completing the work.

If you have an estimate from a contractor you can include that. On the other hand when I have done the work myself, I have just given an hourly rate x hours expected to complete work = estimated $ amount. When the work is completed, I send a revised security deposit statement either with a check for the remaining balance or a letter requesting additional $ to cover repairs. That has stood up in my county's small claims court.
If you already have the work done and receipts for the work, you must include all receipts over the value of $125.00.
