Cameras are not meant to SPY on your tenants going about their daily lives. They are meant to catch criminal activity. By doing so, and then telling each T what they did wrong, will create hostility between you and your Ts, to the point they may move out on you, and create damages just to get back at you. Besides, there are not enough hours in a day for you to watch all the camera footage just to find something they MIGHT be doing wrong. I'm sure you will get bored after a few weeks of finding NOTHING going on, and give up trying to spy on your Ts.
