I have tenants that have been renting for 4 years. They have new jobs but have not given me any information on their new jobs. How do I get this information from them?

You've had tenants for 4 years. Since you said nothing to indicate otherwise, we can assume that you havent't had any payment problems. You should leave this alone until the next lease renewal, then you can ask them to fill out a new information sheet including vehicles, emergency contacts, and employers. People change jobs. Its not a problem.
