You landlords sound like some really great people. Thanks for working so hard to help the struggling people in your community. It's people like you who keep me living in my mother's house at 35 years old. I have end stage renal disease and I can't work, but if you will only accept a tenant who earns 3x the rent amount, then you won't even get to know me or check my credit and find out what kind of tenant I am! There are lots of reasons people can't "afford their expenses." Usually laziness or lack of character are not at the top of the list! You should really be ashamed of yourselves.

No problem :)
Section 8 is too much of a risk and not worth the time and money. Life gave you lemons, deal with it.

I am truly sorry for the misfortunes that life has dealt you. I believe you are genuinely a caring and optimistic person, but due to circumstances, have "given up" in life.

Having end-stage renal disease does not preclude you from obtaining work. Even if you are tethered to a tri-weekly regimen of dialysis treatment, you are still able to "work." Believe me, if your mental capacity is still there, and you are able to transport yourself from point A to point B, you are able to "work."
