I somewhat agree, except for the fact that the kids seem to be at least partial occupants. In my mind, that's at least another 4 nights or 4-5 days a month for the kids, so according to the lease terms that an additional $150 per month, plus I would consider the fact that it's a one bedroom. General rules are 2 people per bedroom, plus one. That's 3 people max, not 4, I wouldn't want to get into the position of regularly allowing what would appear to be at least a secondary residence for as many as 4 people in a one bedroom apartment.
