You actually tell them, "I'm going to ruin you life"?... ummm, I would sue you out of the business of renting anything to anyone. I wouldn't pass on threatening to ruin lives as a valid means of resolving that issue. Threatening a life OR livelihood is NOT looked upon nicely in court.
