I own a motel outside of Dallas TX. ALE Solutions was terrible to deal with. They issued a credit card payment so their insured client could stay at my motel while their home was being repaired, then ALE decided to dispute the payment and I encountered a charge-back on my credit card payments. I have been arguing with them for over two months to get my payment, and now I had to resort to threatening their insured client in order to try to recoop the money they owe me. They have lied to me, and are impossible to deal with. I will never deal with ALE Solutions again.
