Re: Bankruptcy - Landlord Forum thread 344561

Re: Bankruptcy by Katiekate (New York) on April 21, 2016 @14:14

Each person who files for bankruptcy must provide a creditor matrix

This is absolutely required by law. It contains the name and address of every person they owe. The COURT sends the official notice of bankruptcy immediately. Each creditor is then informed of the date, time, and place of the 341 meeting of creditors. Go there and stake your claim.

Until you are notified...it isn't real. Ask for the bankruptcy case number.

It should look something like. 99-99999-SBK. Or maybe SBB

Call the federal court for your district.,,ask for the bankruptcy court...they can look up the court case using the number you get

If you get none of that....it isn't real
