good REB's are valuable but residential rentals are on the low priority end for brokers not working as exclusives with big ll's. There's not much money on the table for them and it's very time consuming work because it's an emotional decision for the tenant. Many tenants,....are tenants,....because they're tenants.
Try scanning craigs list, zillow, hot pads, etc for apartment listings as available for rent in your area and call the named brokers who seem to keep popping up in postings.
If you as a LL have good product, properly priced in the community that the Broker works, he/she will show your property,...especially if they're down the street showing something else.
Realize that brokers are not working for you or the tenant,....they are working for ''the deal''. The closing is what gets them paid. You as the LL need to fully vette and control the deal.
