"Does your lease have a "no business" can be conducted from the home clause?"

A no business clause in your lease isn't going to prevent anyone from conducting illegal business, nor do I think this is something that frequently appears in leases anyway. What about people that are self-employed, but that don't deal with clients?

Employment/ business doesn't make a difference. by Katie (CA) on April 23, 2016 @20:48 [ Reply ]
It's a Federal offense, no matter what the scope of the business is. The only real solution for someone who wants to cultivate is to buy a place and do it on their own property.

It's not the first time I've had a T cultivate but it is the first time I got the wide-eyed "I didn't know it was illegal" b.s.
