I think you're right...you probably don't need to have such lengthy explanations for everything. It's a lot of reiterating of "you weren't given permission to do this," which goes without being said. I would shorten the explanations in all the sections.

As far as the moving charges, if those are your circumstances, then yes, you have to pay to get them moved. However, it's your job as a business owner to minimize the expenses to you and your tenants. Do you not have a friend or relative who can assist with pushing a refrigerator? If I was a judge reviewing this case, I would view that as excessive.

The stove absolutely requires professional assistance to move if it's that cumbersome, but $150? Is that for 2 hours of labor? It isn't going to take that long and seems excessive. Just taking a stab at it here, but an initial lift onto a mover's dolly, a lift off the dolly and reattachment to the piping doesn't add up to 2 hours and $150.
