We own land that we rent out about 10 lots for trailers, can we charge more rent? (currently $85 a month).

You can do whatever you like. Now, will a tenant pay more?
If they have a current lease, you must honor it till the terms expire. Then raise the rent all you like. Be prepared for the tenants to vote with their feet

This is America. If it's legal and the market will bear it, be bold. Question: How much did it cost you to install the sewer and water and electrical?

Owning land with ten lots for trailers does not give enough information to even make a basic statement. Is the place a run down dump? Do you have some amenities to include? Are there paved roads, utilities, shopping close by? Even where you are located determines what rent can be demanded.

Do you provide them other services for which you could break out extra charges? Sewer, elec, water, etc.
