I rented to ALE and would NOT recommend them. They will have you sign a "Payment Letter of Commitment" to give you confidence they will pay rent, but they will not sign it, so it is technically NOT a valid contract. If your tenants cause trouble, ALE will strongly advocate for the tenants and will not cooperate with you. If your tenants vacate, ALE will stop paying you rent and you will have to take it to court if you so choose. I strongly would advise you do NOT do business with ALE. Good luck!
