LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING!
My family and I have been without air now today is a full week.
I have heat exhaustion and heat rash all over my body. This week in Jacksonville Florida the temperature went up to 103 outside. I had to spend my own money on a portable AC that only cools my thin at night $300
No sympathy or no discounts of my rent and I'm paying $1,300.00 for this POS house that obviously was built in a day because everything breaks! Oh, btw my toilet is broke to! Along with my closet falling apart and all my clothes on the floor the same day our AC went out. But yet LL wants their money. You Landlords want your money but yet want to fix your crappy houses.
Pisses me off. Tell you what their rent will always be deposited on the last day now. Funny thing to I deposited rent 3 days early this month. Lmfao renters get screwed.
Why would you ask a question like this, be a compassionate human being and fix your sh!t people always cutting corners

Our A/C started dwindling 2 days ago. I went and bought room darkening curtains thinking they would help. Today the a/c is totally gone! My husband text the landlord and usually she replies right away. This time, nothing. So I text her with a picture of the thermostat and told her what she already knows, that my son and I both have asthma and we cant breathe in this. Feels like we are suffocating. Never heard from her. So I went to the store and bought a 3rd fan, because we have sliding doors so a window a/c wont work and Im thinking of a portable a/c and just staying in the bedroom. The heat index is over 105 and NO RAIN on the coast!!! Im dobe with this cheap "B"! She hires some drunk to fix everything. She complains when anything is wrong because its her money. Well then you shouldnt be a landlord if you cant afford to fix stuff! !! I have 3 dogs so until the old one is gone its hard to find a place to take them. We have 3 because we thought the old one was on his way out, and we owned our home, but we had to sell. Now Im stuck dealing with crappy landlords again!!! Fix your crap already and stop being so cheap!
