Re: Income Discrimnation / Section 8? - Landlord Forum thread 346726

Re: Income Discrimnation / Section 8? by Garry (Iowa) on July 24, 2016 @12:58

Common practice for LLs, and HUD guidelines, is for 2 people per bedroom, so 6 people can be in a 3 bedroom house. And you cannot tell people how to live. So you cannot tell a T they cannot have a 12 yo girl, and a 10 yo boy sleeping in the same bedroom. You cannot impose your beliefs on your Ts. If someone wants to push the issue of you wanting only 4 people in a 3 bedroom home, you could be in trouble with your local or state civil rights people.
