I have tenant pays on time. He wants to build up credit. I am member of LPA and Quickcheck. Can I report good? I want to do it if I can.

Not familiar with QuickCheck, but I have researched this before. Surprisingly I found that reporting them would not help them. Understand that making payments regularly is a good thing for anyone's credit report, but by consistently reporting the good payments, you are also effectively reporting a monthly liability. The fact that a new recurring debt would be reported on their credit report, impacting their credit utilization and all debt to income factors, it actually hurts more than it helps.

Another way to report good is Option #3 Clear Now at the bottom of the LPA Reporting page https://www.thelpa.com/lpa/credit-reporting.html
